- A storage room with dryer, washing machine, freezer 34 l, iron, ironing board, drying rack.
- A covered terrace with garden table and 4 chairs.
- A small city garden and herb garden.
- A large garden house (the former workhouse of the owners) with lounge chair and rattan lounge chair, bicycle storage.
- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (1m40), cupboards, wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror.
- A baby cot (travel bed) is present.
- A small bathroom with bath and hand shower, washbasin, cupboard, mirror, hairdryer.
Private garage and parking in the surrounding area.
